Refund policy

We want you to love your VELMORY Eye Ritual. If you're not satisfied, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a full refund.

Eligibility

To be eligible, the item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all included accessories. Items showing signs of use, damage not caused by us, or missing parts may qualify only for a partial refund or may not be eligible for a refund. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

How to start a return

Email us at velmorysupport@gmail.com with your order number, and we'll guide you through the process.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email confirming approval. Approved refunds are applied to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Damaged or defective items

Every VELMORY Eye Ritual includes a 90-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If your unit arrives damaged or malfunctions within this period, contact us for a free replacement.

Return shipping

If the return is due to a defect or our error, we cover the return shipping cost. For all other cases, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Sale items

Items purchased at a discount are subject to the same 30-day return policy, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
